Dear Diary,
Today is a lecture day. We were back in the classroom for our subject, and as you can see from the picture, the whiteboard was practically full, and the lesson was on the TV.
The main topic today was Permuted Choice 1 (PC-1) and Permuted Choice 2 (PC-2), which are crucial steps in a certain type of encryption. Honestly, I’m still a little confused about the specifics of the permutation tables and how they’re generated; it’s a lot of intricate steps to track. But even though my brain feels like it’s been through a complex calculation, I genuinely enjoy learning this subject. It’s challenging, but the idea of understanding how secure information is created and protected is fascinating.
Catch you later, Anna^^.
