Dear Diary,
Today is Sunday! My family and I went to church in Gibang, and the scenery was beautiful: lush green fields, tall trees swaying in the gentle breeze. The sky was a clear blue, and the air felt fresh and cool as we drove along. On the way, I thought we got lost because the usual way we usually passed through was different from today. I asked Papa why we didn’t go to usual way, and he said that the road there was under construction, which is why we drove on this road. It was a longer route, but I didn’t mind because I got to see new places, and it felt like a little adventure. The whole ride was filled with music from the radio and stories from Mama about her childhood. It made the trip feel special and brought us all closer together before we even reached the church.
